They come in the larger sizes 9/0, 11/0 and 13/0 which is great for bluefin, dogtooth, yellowfin, GT and much more. 

The 9/0 comes with 3 hooks to a pack and 600lb kevlar, the bigger sizes come 2 to a pack and rigged with 900lb braided kevlar.
