Whiplash Factory is a Japanese company specializing in making effective lures for fresh and salt water fishing, as well as high end big bait rods. The TBR 107 is a suspending jerkbait, floating about 1-2 feet under the surface of the water, making it ideal for surf fishing especially for halibut. They come in a variety of saltwater colors that we carry along with some California exclusives like Clear Lake Hitch and California Kokanee, which also work great for saltwater. These baits have an erratic action when jerked, diving a bit deeper than the suspended range, but you can also slow crank them for a good side to side swim. 

These lures come with great hardware out of the box, featuring #4 Owner ST-46 2X treble hooks which are a big upgrade over the stock hooks you see on the popular Lucky Craft Flash Minnows. Made in Japan!
